That is the BabelFish Altavista Project made together with Systran.

The services are offered from:

and all of them =>en

You may also load one of the soft Systran packages at: http://www.systransoft.com/personal.html  but paying from 30/50 dollars for each pair, for instance: En => Sp; Sp => En.

Note: The efficiency of all these packages are only useful for translating titles and small paragraphs of general content, like for instance the titles of the different links of a page but not to translate full texts. However, that is the way in the short as long as the packages could cope with the meaning of words within paragraphs, a logical problem not yet solved even for specialized translators (by major subject or human disciplines).
